Cancellation policy

You choose which policy applies when you book. Below is exactly what is refunded in each case. All times refer to 3 pm on the day of check-in, and to the day of arrival for longer stays.

Right of withdrawal

A full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, as long as the stay has not already begun.

Flexible (standard)

A full refund until 48 hours before check-in (3 pm). After that we keep the first night, and the rest is refunded – including any cleaning fee for cleaning not carried out.

Fixed price (−10 %)

No refund. If you cannot come, we are happy to move the booking to other available dates within twelve months (we do this by hand).

Stays of 28 nights or more

A full refund until 30 days before arrival. After that, the first 30 nights are not refunded.

How to cancel

You cancel through the link in your booking confirmation. The amount is calculated automatically under the policy above and refunded through Stripe. Please note that Stripe keeps its transaction fee even when a payment is refunded, so that amount is not included.
